Fresh oysters

Delta-Ostrea is part of the Delta Group. Delta Ostrea has its own breeding grounds for oysters. Oysters are grown in the Oosterschelde. It takes about four years before the oyster is ready for consumption. Mussel shells are first sown on so-called oyster breeding grounds: oyster spat will settle there. Ou oysters from Zeeland are known for their quality and robustness. They therefore have a typical taste.
