Lobsters

Our lobsters come mainly from Canada. The lobsters are weekly fresh delivered. The quality is very stable and guaranteed. In addition to the Canadian lobsters, we also offer the Oosterschelde lobsters. This is a seasonal product and is available from April to mid-July. This lobster has a very special taste and is therefore very much appreciated by many. The Oosterschelde lobster is officially recognized by the International Ark Commission of Slow Food International.
